Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website sccoastalpools.com (the "Site") or engaging SC Coastal Pools, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") for pool services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Site or services.
Services
SC Coastal Pools, LLC provides pool maintenance, pool repair, and pool inspection services to residential and commercial customers across the Charleston, South Carolina tri-county area, including Charleston, Berkeley, and Dorchester counties.
All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and assessment of the specific conditions at your property. Quotes provided are estimates based on information available at the time and may be adjusted upon on-site evaluation.
Service Agreements
Recurring service arrangements (such as weekly pool maintenance) are governed by the specific terms agreed upon between you and SC Coastal Pools at the time of enrollment. These terms may include:
- Service frequency and scheduled visit days
- Scope of work included in your service plan
- Pricing and payment terms
- Cancellation policy and required notice period
Either party may terminate a recurring service agreement with 30 days' written notice unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.
Quotes and Pricing
Free quotes provided through our website, phone, or email are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on:
- Actual pool condition upon inspection
- Pool size, equipment type, and accessibility
- Additional repairs or services discovered during work
- Material and chemical costs at the time of service
We will communicate any significant changes to quoted pricing before proceeding with additional work.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept standard payment methods. Accounts more than 30 days past due may be subject to service suspension and applicable late fees.
Property Access
By scheduling pool services, you grant SC Coastal Pools permission to access your property for the purpose of performing agreed-upon services. You are responsible for:
- Providing safe, clear access to the pool area
