My wife and I had no idea the first thing about owning a pool.Josh came out and performed an inspection as part of our house closing process.He pointed out a lot of items that needed repair or presented safety issues, all of which proved to be very helpful in the closing process.He also came back out to help us learn more about the system and to answer questions.We will use SC Coastal Pools for our repairs and work moving forward.We were also presented with the option for regular maintenance that seemed to be priced well.

Josh at SC Coastal Pools does an amazing job and takes great care of our pool. He cares about quality and keeps our system running smoothly. We lost power after Hurricane Dorian and the temps were in the 90s. He came by two days after the storm and cleaned all the leaves and debris out of the pool. We were able to jump in the pool to cool off and it was a game changer for us. It was so hot and humid after the storm and to be able use the pool was amazing. Thank you Josh!

Josh has been great! We purchased a new house and he did the pool inspection for us. He did an extremely thorough job, describing the different elements of the pool in depth for us, whether there were issues or not.

After we moved in, he did a pool school for us, taking a long time to explain the different functions of the pool, demonstrating the pump functions, and going over chemicals with us. We will have him back to switch the pool to salt water, and he has made himself available for any questions we have in the meantime. Can’t recommend enough!

Josh at SC Coastal Pools is awesome. I e-mailed him in a panic on Saturday when were were left in a mess by our former service provider. He responded quickly and was out here first thing Monday morning. In less than 24 hours he had our pool totally turned around, no longer green, and looking amazing! I highly recommend him.
